About the Artist: Haily South (1995) (she/her) is a self-taught, community-made Utah artist painting ethereal & bold nymphs in oil. Inspired by the worlds of editorial photography, art nouveau, musical theatre, instagram cottagecore, victorian art, mixed media illustration & life-affirming podcasts, she strives to blend these together in a whimsical way. “My work is often emotion & beauty driven. I try to follow that spark of wonder, & awe. Leaning into the magic, I create what sets my soul on fire, in hopes of spreading that spark.” Haily creates daily out of her home studio in her hometown of Orem, Utah, with her partner/best friend Dallas, & their sweet pup Link.
